Shipping

Your ordered items will be delivered with DHL, in EU, as well as outside EU. Usually, the parcels are delivered within 1 – 2 working days, but these terms may vary depending on the country we ship to (outside EU, the delivery may take up to 3 days).

Goods travel with prepaid freight and no extra payment will be due to the courier, unless specifically agreed in advance.

Couriers deliver between 9:00 and 17:00 hours. Please note a signature is required to receive the parcel.

Upon receipt of the parcel, please check the integrity of the packaging for any possible shipping damage. SC TITOUCHE SRL will not be responsible for any damages to items after collection, nor for delivery delays caused by the couriers.
